Pit Beef’s origins can be traced alongside the Pulaski Highway on the East Side of Baltimore, MD.

We embrace the roots of this Baltimore favorite, still prepared over a charcoal fire. Unlike barbecue, the meat is cooked quickly at high temperatures, served just like it was in the 80s, with light smokey flavor.
